I went in for a nail trim on my dog and the front desk lady was nice and helpful. The service was quick and easy.
I have been taking my dog here for years and they ALWAYS do an excellent job with grooming and care for my Maltese. The staff is very knowledgeable also! They gave me advice on natural dog food they sell there. Another time, they told me about a skin rash they noticed on my dog and gave me advice on how to care for her to heal it. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for grooming. I LOVE Oak Clips.
This is the second & last time I take my dogs here. They did a horrible job on the hair cut! All choppy & uneven. Just glad they didn’t injure my dogs like several other complaints I’ve read on here.
Friendly employees and I love seeing cute dogs when I come here to buy cat food. That being said, I do wish there was a better selection of cat food/treats. All in all, this place rules.
I love this place they do an awesome job and their customer service has come a long way ....I'm not going to lie I don't think I could have said that several years ago every time we would walk in we felt like we didn't belong but the last few times we've been there they've definitely treated us real nice
