I hate to give a bad review.nnBut over the last several days I’ve called this store location several different times to no answer.nnI understand they could be busy, but I’ve called at several different times on several different days throughout the week.nnI’m hoping this review doesn’t come across as rude, but more of a way to help management address a potential issue this store has.
I had gotten a pair of shoes from Champs and they seemed fine until I got home and they seemed a little tight. So I went back to exchange and they informed me that my size was only available at Footlocker. I went in and an associate by the name of Trey greeted me and helped me with my exchange. His Customer service was great and made you feel welcomed. He was very helpful. Most shoe stores let you walk around without being helped. He was visual and verbal with all other customers as well.
Had to order my shoes but it was done quickly and by a friendly sales associate!
