I can’t give zero- the young woman working by herself the morning of July 21- should not be working retail. Absolutely no tact when speaking to a couple I saw walk in carrying drinks. I would never think of buying gifts from her.
If I could put zero stars, I would. The store has products that are not good quality. The store’s policies are horrible. I went to buy a pair of sweatpants that I found ripped after I purchased them. I live almost an hour away from this mall and couldn’t return it soon. The manager was very rude when we arrived and treated us horribly. What type of store has a return policy of only 14 days? All the stores have very nice staff and clothes but this one is terrible. Stores all over the mall have at least a 30 day policy, but why does this one not have that? They just lost customers for this policy.
There should be zero stars on reviews because this one is a zero star. Bad quality and their products could be ripped. We bought pants and they were ripped. The staff didn’t accept to return or replace it. This is the worst policy I have ever seen.
I recently went and the staff was really sweet and caring they always greet you when u come in. They always let you know what deals r going on and their policies. I had to return something and I did an exchange and it was more complicated than I thought and they were more than willing to be patient and help me...
Very poor customer service. It’s not even been 24hrs and I had a return of a product which was unused as been customer I wasn’t satisfied with product. Manager was not at all polite and in-fact threatened about calling security as if I was bad person. I would have given “0” rating if I could.nI would have consider what she was saying if it was mentioned anywhere in the store but there was no mentioned of final sale.nVery very disappointed by the staff
