Called ahead to make sure they had a particle shoe as I was having difficulty finding elsewhere, the employee stated YES they did have said shoe in size needed... PERFECT. Asked to put on hold she stated she could not per holiday policy... offered to pay via phone stated no per policy. All in all my husband went after work asked for shoe IT WAS THE WRONG SHOE! It was the same style not the color needed though. Wasted our time!! I understand holidays get hectic, and mistakes happen but come on do a thorough job!!
Staff was not very helpful they stood around not offering to help. Had to keep asking repeatedly to see if they had a size. My daughter started getting sassy and we got on to her and the employee just started laughing. We politely asked him not to laugh as it was not respectful of how our daughter was acting. Seems like we staff our retail store now a days with teens who don't want to work but just stand around and collect an hourly wage. Hope management reads this.
Great store with a good variety of shoe sizes and styles.
The staff were courteous and quick. I was able to buy a pair of shoes in less than five minutes for my kid. They even took time to lace both shoes up and let him take them for a walk.
If I could give it a -5 stars I would. I brought my daughter some hot pink converse online & they were 25$ but when I went to the store they “didn’t carry the color” so all I got back was 5$. I’m very unsatisfied and I WILL be emailing corporate to let them know that the person that was there was giving horrible customer service and they just lost a good customer I’ll just go to kids foot locker ! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE ! the people there are so ghetto & don’t know what they are doing ! I was there a good 45 mins bevause the cashier was too scared to tell me that I am only getting back 5$ so she kept running back to the back and making other people tell me ! Disappointed!
