Worst customer service ever. Went to exchange a pair of Nike shoes because they were the wrong size but they wouldn’t let us because they ran out of the size we needed. Didn’t let us return because we were 2 days out of the 14 day return policy after previously telling us that we could return any time. Wouldn’t give us store credit. Wouldn’t order the shoes for us online. Now we’re just stuck with $200 shoes that don’t fit. Employees are just not helpful at all, just hanging out and wearing their masks around their chins.
Horrible service. 3 employees standing around doing nothing. Can't even get shoes to try.nUpdate, checked every other store in tbe mall. Noone else had what we wanted so we returned. This time 4 employees still no help. Didnt purchase them on principle alone even tho you are the only store with the shoe. 1/18/21
Associates do not answer the phone ever. I have called multiple times today to only hear infinite ringing.
Dude how do I get a job here. I get to hang out with friends and get paid! Either way, I found my shoes but since nobody wanted to help me... well I grabbed the same pair at foot locker
