When we asked for help to get a dress down they did not help and we’re very rude when we got it down ourselves after waiting a long time for them do it for us. Then heard them talking about refusing service to people who do it again even though they do not help their customers.
The staff really would rather do anything else than help the customers and the largest size the carried in the whole store was a medium. I went in for a maternity dress and fell in love with one but unfortunately had to walk out empty handed. Definitely not a body inclusive store.
Beautiful clothing but it all looks super super small. The large looked like a small. Workers didn’t greet and I had to wait a while for someone to come open up the dressing room for me. I guess if you are a smaller side it will be a good store for you. People with size large or more go somewhere else.
We went to try on dresses and the lady that helped us out told me and my sister we couldn't go in the same dressing room. We have a toddler and we need help while trying things on. So we went in the same dressing room. Well the lady took the 3 dresses we where going to buy and told us to leave. Not only did you miss out on sales, I will never be back. Very disappointed!
The absolute worst service very rude and unprofessional. I bought three items it took over thirty minutes to check out while at the register she didn’t seem to be concerned at all with doing her job.
