Promptly greeted when enter the store and was offered assistance. As I walked through the store at the time nothing was catching my eye that my son would like. As I was about to leave the store, I was approached by Dacey. She asked several opened ended questions to find what I was looking for and made recommendations. She showed me a hoody that was perfect for my son. She did a great job saving a customer that made a purchase. I will return to this location in the future for gifts.

Bought a skateboard from this location not too long ago, and the employees there are very helpful, involved with the customers, and just great people! As for the products there, the skateboard I bought was custom made, and they go through every step with you, and don’t just try to get you to buy the most expensive stuff in the store! I also bought some clothes and beanies from them, and they are some of the best accessories I’ve got! This store is also in a great spot, and right in front of a Vans store to get some new kicks for riding your brand new board from Zumiez! 5 star shop for sure!
Sebastian and Amari hooked it up. They’re the first zumiez’s employees to offer to order shoes in my size. 14/10 customer service.
