won a raffle pair of JORDAN 6 “carmines” and from start to finish Jerry the manager was great. He was very helpful and dedicated to making sure I knew all there was to know and had the best visit possible especially for a shoe with so many defects it can be stressful dealing with shoe store employees, but it’s nice to see Jerry changing that perspective! Thanks again to the whole staff starting with Jerry.

Came in location many times and faced off with a female manager with the worst attitude, leaving there with a bad taste in my mouth multiple times, today I stopped off in there after not seeing the evil witch and finally finished a return I've been working on since Christmas, MY BOY JERRY MADE MY EXPERIENCE SO MUCH BETTER AND EASIER, HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE. WHO EVER HIRED HIM NEEDS A RAISE TOO!!!!

Ms. Lindsey Welch made this such a positive shopping experience for me. I went their twice on 2 consecutive days. On the first day, I came there with a toddler sleeping in her stroller. Ms. Welch approached me and asked if I needed help. Then she offered to stand by my stroller so I could run to the other side of the store to use the mirror. When I decided on a pair, she was super fast in getting me the size I wanted, and then brought the shoes to the register for me so I wouldn't have to carry it given that I had to push the stroller. The second day, I came to the store and someone else offered to help exchange for a different size. He went to the back of the store to check and I waited for a looong time. Ms. Welch approached me AGAIN and asked me if I needed help. I told her someone else was already helping me, and even then, she offered to go in the back to see how that was going. Then she came back almost immediately with what I needed!! The other guy came trailing behind her. Who knows how much longer I would have had to wait if she hadn't gone in to check. Ms. Welch offers superb customer service!!! She preempted my needs, was so personable in offering to watch my toddler for a sec (invaluable help for a mom!), and was super efficient in getting what I needed. She's a gem to the store and I hope she gets the recognition that she deserves! (giving this a 4 star bc my experience with the other rep wasn't so good).

Customer service is horrible, staff is unfriendly, you can't get help and even when you do get someone's attention they aren't friendly. This place is horrible save yourself the trip and take your business elsewhere. They really need to invest in leadership and coworker training.

This store is great! It has such a great staff and good prices! Will definitely be coming back!
