Went in to return an order that was placed online and picked up in store. I was told my order couldn’t be found and that it could be returned as an unidentifiable item. After providing my conf. number and order from the app, I was told that it had to be sent to an investigative unit! I took my order the the Galleria and the guy used my smus number and processed my return with no problem! All he asked for was my email address and the SMUS number!nnIt was a total waste of my day having to drive 30 minutes when my house is 15 from Stonebriar!
The shoes are nice for the most part. Some styles are not very comfortable but all in all not bad.
Very nice staff but if an employee called me “girl” one more time....nn*trying on shoes* “Okay girl, what size?” “Girl those look so good” “girl you can rock those for sure” “okay girl so you want to go ahead and get this size girl?”nn*checking out* “okay girl can I get your first name?” “Okay girl and your last name?” “and a good email girl?” “Alright girl you are all set! See you soon girl”nnThis is the second time an employee has awkwardly called me girl several times in this store. From now on I’m buying online because I’ve never been so uncomfortable trying on shoes...
Cute shoes but needed to make a return & was told if you want to make a return it will be 1-2 hours because their system is old. ud83eudd14
