Mostly great service. Been multiple times over the last year. I was very disappointed with my last experience. I had my suit tailored. Not at all what I was looking for. Pants were baggy and they cut to much off. My socks were showing while I stood. Not happy with this suit

Bob is amazing. He knew what I was looking for and brought out 3 suits. I hit a trifecta. The pants fit comfortably. I will post an update when I try the suits on after tailoring.

Went there the day after thanksgiving to score some really great Black Friday sales. Reese was the perfect sales person for us. He helped my son and me pick some great shirts, pants, sweaters, and shoes for work and church. He was not pushy at all. Plus he worked with not only us but 2 other customers at a time and still was able to help all of us without skipping a beat. Great experience.

Reis & Greg have provided above-excellent service each time I’ve visited store over the past few months. They’ve answered many questions related to rental and purchasing options for my upcoming wedding. Once a pressure-less decision was made, they helped to ensure everything would meet my expectations. The multiple visits were due to the complication and uniqueness of my order, something they were more than willing to accommodate. Each time I visited, they had no problem covering the timeline and provided realistic expectations for the remaining steps in the process. I would highly recommend this store, especially Reis & Greg, to anyone looking for wedding attire.
