I was in the store on March 23 to purchase a pair of running shoes and socks. The shoe was in stock but they didn't have my size in quarter length socks. LeAnne said that was not a problem and she called another store and had them shipped. She was very helpful and professional. I picked up my socks the next afternoon. Yes, 5-stars!
Personal service here is great. Aaron helped me chose shoes and order others. My grandson has wide to extra wide feet and is difficult to fit. I can count on great service.
For years this continues to be the only place we shop for sneakers for my daughter who has special needs. The team members are always so patient and kind to us. I am so appreciative of the service we receive.
Aaron at this location is the most caring and professional sales person I have to ever dealt with. Every time I has bought a pair of new sneakers he is always pleasant. I have problems with my arches and can only wear new balance shoes.
Great experience! I have problems finding shoes that fit, but was helped by Aaron (apparently has been there for 14 years) who helped pick a couple of pairs plus insoles to match my needs after a thorough measure of both of my feet. I haven't had shoes that fit so good and felt so comfortable in ages. Outstanding experience.
