Awesome. Very good collection. Very reasonable price. Good customer service. Very helpful. Bought a jacket and they give you student discount. Awesome.
Ideal location to get J Crew clothes since prices are lower than other novel JCrew outlets. Sometimes selection can be minimal. But good quality products. Staff are friendly. Wheelchair accessible entrance and wheelchair accessible Changing rooms.
Horrible service. I browsed for 10 minutes, and was never greeted or spoken to once. After walking around with several items in my hand, I had to find the dressing rooms in the back of the store myself, and was never asked if I needed another size or help. The two women working just stood at the desk without offering any type help or even looking up from talking to each other. I left the store and purchased the items online.
they always have such great sales here and the employees usually ask me if they can help me and they usually get a fitting room started for me as well! they almost always have an additional percentage % off of clearance so you can find great quality stuff for a low price! even their normal price stuff is always on sale and a really great price, as well! i found a lot of great deals today!
Though this cute little setup has some incredibly helpful folks working here, my short stature and my husband's height bar us from wearing traditionally-sized store. Thankfully, I was informed that if the company has an item available in your size but it isn't in store then you can skip the wait and save on shipping if you order it in store where they offer complimentary two day shipping.
