Good store. Prices could be better on their hiking boot by timberline. Better prices locally even. Wish they would mark boxes with Wide size stickers.
I always shop at DSW and love this store but this is the first time I’ve visited the one in Frisco. I arrived at 5:55 PM and online states they close 8PM. I understand it’s a holiday but I was not aware of them closing early and no one was at the entrance to inform. I walk passed two workers that ignore me as one almost runs into me and they do not offer to help or say anything about the time they close.nnThen as I pick up my first shoe a young gentlemen says they close in three minutes so I scurried to try on the shoes. (5:57) did not offer to help me find what I was looking for. Then after I tried them on another women comes up to me to say they’re closed and that she’s going to make my finial decision and I need to checkout since they’re closed. She had a terrible attitude. (I checked out and got in my car to leave at 6:05)nnAgain no one offered help just rushed me out with a lot of attitude. I understand it’s a holiday but a little of help could have hurried me up and help me find the perfect pair.. website needs to also display the correct closing time.

A great selection of shoes and great customer service by the employees.
The young Female Manager was very rude and condescending to my wife. She thought she was being professional when in fact she was out of line. Whoever trained her forgot to tell her that the Customer is more important than her opinion's.
