Expressions Shoes

Brought a pair of Chrome 8, for $140.00, a piece broke off, thought it was metal, but it's plastic, I called them and they stated the return policy is 14 days, my daughter had them for 30 days only wore them only 3 times. If they were brought at the Mall, then there would be no problem returning the defective sneakers, I will never buy from them again. Money in the trash!

i went into expressions on Friday October 30th and bought a pair of Reeboks white classics and they were a size 5, when i got home later that night i realized that the shoes were not the same. One of them was made in Indonesia and the other one was made in Vietnam, when you first look at them quickly you cannot tell they are different but when i started lacing them up i noticed the front was different on both and the back was different on both.So i just went up there to the store on Hyde park ave. in Hyde park and saw the girl who sold them to me with two other people at the counter and i showed them the difference, and the so called manager, who should not be a manager was extremely rude and told me that i did not get the sneaker from there and basically called me a liar he was so ignorant that i could not even have a conversation with him, so i paid $50 FOR A PAIR OF FAKE Reeboks!!!!!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE THE WAY I WAS TREATED. I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND I DON'T TRY TO FIND FAKE SNEAKERS TO BRING THEM BACK AND TRADE THEM, I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO FIND FAKE SNEAKERS, I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND I SUGGEST NO ONE DOES, ESPECIALLY WITH THE UNQUALIFIED MANAGER THEY HAVE WORKING THERE. BOOTLEG STORE AND RUDE SERVICE AND FAKE SNEAKERS, THE OWNER OF THAT STORE SHOULD REACH OUT AND TRY TO FIX THIS AND IF THEY DON'T THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. THE MANAGER DID NOT EVEN LOOK IN THE BACK TO SEE IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE OTHER SNEAKERS, BECAUSE HE WAS TO LAZY AND IGNORANT TO MOVE FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER. AND HE LOOKED LIKE HE JUST ROLLED OUT OF BED, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE, BECAUSE THE GIRL WHO SOLD THEM TO ME KNEW I WAS NOT LYING AND SHE DID NOT SAY A WORD, AND STOOD THERE LIKE A SCARED LITTLE MOUSE, NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!! To the owner i am a good person who does not lie and the fact that i was called a liar and treated so rudely, i am so upset its not my style to go into stores and try to rip them off, i was not brought up that way, and the manager you have running your store looks like a homeless bum. You should fix this situation with me and make things right, do the right thing. i am an ordinary citizen not a criminal!!!
