The customer service at this store is excellent. Went in to try on a pair of boots on a Sunday. The Red Wing employee who helped me was wonderful - gave me helpful advice on sizing and fit. He was never pushy or “trying to sell me” on buying a pair that day but let me know I could call and order colors they didn’t have in stock if I wanted. Nothing pushy. He as great. Called the next day and placed an order over the phone. Again, they were attentive and credited me with a coupon over the phone which was great. I had not received a shipping update on the shoes so emailed the store a week or so later. I promptly heard back explaining they were behind in orders bc of the new color I had ordered but Lauralye from the store was able to get me a pair shipped asap. These are strange days so I would have been happy with a follow-up email telling me the boots were back-ordered 3 months but this Red Wing store went above and beyond and was so incredibly helpful. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and follow-up. Was a really great shopping experience! Thank you!

Great store , staff was busy but still super helpful and insightful, and made time for eqch customer and their questions and concerns, i suggest goinf in store to get your foot measured prior to purchasing any footware as redwing has unique sizing and larger toes in some boots.
Great place for work shoes and insulated work shoes. Staff is friendly and professional.
Girls working saw us coming in so one of them ran and locked the door before we could get there to walk in. I get that it was 10 minutes before close but we knew exactly what we wanted. Just needed to pay for them. Classless! If you close at 6pm, you don’t get to lock the door 10 minutes early because you don’t want to work. We will drive the extra 45 minutes to the Natick store from now on to spend our money.
