Bartender great Mgr Super rude!

If your looking for a good time with people who are friendly and willing to help you THIS IS NOT THE PLACE !!!!nMy family and I went to have a good time and eat and the workers seem miserable and not welcoming what so ever.n1) We walked in totally forgot own mask went to ask the bartender if she knew where we could get a mask or buy one and she rudely shut us down and told us we had to figure that out on our own.n2) We tried to go and check in and buy a game card with one of the attendance at the front and she seem like she did not want to work when we asked about pricing she told us rudely that we could go and buy one at one of the concession stands basically pushing this off like she didn’t want to check us outn3) we were going to get seated for eating because we wanted to dine in there and our server was rude not only did he not know anything about the menu or drinks but just seemed real off like he didn’t wanna take our order and didn’t want to offer us any suggestions just kind of stood there with the “oh well”looknnOverall we were super disappointed with our trip at this Dave & Buster’s location because not only did we spend $200-$300 there playing games but everybody was just extremely rude and when we tried to reach out to a manager John specifically didn’t help us didn’t offer any solutions and we were just really disappointed with our time there.

I went on Saturday to celebrate my daughter's birthday since I wanted them to have so much fun I looked for coupons and found one .we were exciting until we got to the front desk. A young lady told us our coupon wasn't thent valid! She didn't explain the reason. So I didn't want to argue so we headed downstairs to have fun. But unfortunately, this lady calls all managers and told them we wanted to scam the establishment which wasn't true. We were treated badly, I talked to a manager I told her all I want to know the reason to reject the coupon. She was nice and polite to let me know that even it had a have buyer logo it wasn't them. I was so angry how this young lady judged Us and ruined our family moment. Maybe because we are Latinos. .Dave & Buster @Frisco is too white for a Latino Family. i you ruined my daughter a birthday. We aren't wealthy but we do have values.
