Applebee's Grill + Bar

Bad service. Rude staff. Me and my wife waited about 15 minutes to be seated with no line and after 3 people saying they will be right with us. Finally, one waiter showed us to our seats, took our drink order, and he said will be back to take our order. 30 minutes later we are still waiting. People that came in after us are being served their drinks by the same waiter. They literally had to tell the waiter that we were sitting before them. Finally, the waiter comes to us and asked if we were being served. We told him we were waiting for him and our drinks. He totally forgot about us. He apologized and took our drink and food order. Another 30 minutes past and he is helping other tables and never brought our drinks. We tried getting his attention but he just ignored us. I literally went to the bar, explained to the bartender what was going on, and asked if I could just get two waters. Instead of just giving me two waters, she just said to me rudely that she will tell our waiter. Five minutes later, our waiter brings us our food but no drinks. Waiter said he forgot again. The whole night our waiter was being attentive to every other table except for ours. When I ask for the check and waiter said rudely I can use the kiosk on the table. Every other table he gave them a check, took their payment, and never mentioned the kiosk to anyone else. This was one of the worst experiences I had ever.

Service ok.They don't do curbside after 10 pm.

DOLLARITA STRAWBERRY LEMONADE DRINKS!! Had a great time today at this location. Restaurant was clean, employees were masked, and there was even a sanitizing station by the bathroom! The food was hot and cooked to perfection, and the service was amazing. Our waitress, Brooklyn H was so wonderful and make our experience the best it could be. Really appreciate this kind of top notch service!!

Food was Good. I had the Bourbon Chicken & Shrimp. Came out hot and tasty. Service was on the slow side but good. Not many customers so, if you want good food without crowds this is your place.

There is always an upside to all catastrophes. The restaurants, in general, are cleaner then ever. Applebee's has done a great job at keeping their place sanitized and safe. The food was still delicious and wait staff attentive and pleasant. We were even able to still get the Applebee's birthday song for my son.
