Not my favorite but on rare occasions I can somewhat stomach it. Nothing wrong with the staff or the place it's just the flavor and aftertaste that never sits well with me. Wife likes it but I do not care for this place so if I end up meeting someone there only if I absolutely have to. I think it's the oil they use...nSorry

We had not been to this location in about 6 months and were disappointed tonight. Our server was great but it took an extremely long time for our food to arrive. Then our order came and I had asked for no onions on my burger and my burger had onions. Apparently they didn't realize we had 2 kids meals so my 5 yr old didn't have her food and was not happy as she was hungry (we were there for dinner). Then they finally brought her meal and it was not correct either and had the wrong side. I spoke to a Manager who was really nice and told us he would give us half off both meals that were delivered that were incorrect. That didn't happen. He credited half off my daughters kids meal so $2.63 for all this mess:( By this time I was so over it I just paid and we left. I didn't even want to bother speaking to this Manager again. We won't be returning to this location any time soon.

My girlfriend and I visit this location on average twice a week and I have to say...there is more than one reason for that. This chilis is CONSISTENTLY serving up a delicious old timer w/ cheese that is grilled to a slight crisp yet still juicy. The pickles are my favorite. Download the app and you literally get a free app pretty much weekly. We always start with the queso and split the old timer which is automatically split and served on 2 plates. The service is always top notch as well!

Still great staple food items for a night out with family. And more relaxing than a fast food restaurant.

There wasn't a hostess or a seat yourself sign so a bit confusing upon arrival. I rarely eat at Chili's due to lack of customer service but this time our waitress was great.
