Eight 11 gave us an amazing experience. Our waitress, Amber, was amazing. She was so knowledgeable of the menu and made great recommendations. The drinks were unique and delicious. Their dough for the pizza is made fresh daily and it is to die for. All of the staff were so kind and bent over backwards to accommodate us. Strongly suggest but also make sure you make reservations if you want to sit outside!

I use to love eight/11 when it came to the food and the music but after the service my friend and I had , we won’t be returning. The staff here has a very unfriendly attitude . It completely changes the way I feel about this place.

Came here with my friend for her 23rd birthday (I am 22) and they refused to serve us because they thought our ID’s were fake since we are from out of state. Absolutely ridiculous as neither of us have had this happen to us ever before at any establishment. We even showed them our passports. Will never be returning and will advise friends and family I have down here in TX to never return either.nnResponding: the problem was that we were not underage. We provided multiple forms of identification and were still refused service. Quite unprofessional.

Upon hearing about the poor service my granddaughter received at this establishment, I felt it was necessary to leave a review to warn others. Do not spend your money here. They don’t deserve to be open.

Hate to leave this review but it seems this place has changed post pandemic or there must be new owners. We ordered a maple bacon goat cheese with toast points appetizer. If I recall correctly it was $13 or $14. We both thought it would be your typical melted goat cheese. It was grocery store cheese crumbles in a ramekin with a mound of bacon bits from a bag. We were so surprised. In addition we overheard the server ask the table near us how they wanted to split the propane bill for their fire pit table. . I was sure I misheard because no one had mentioned this to us plus frankly that would be unheard of. It was actually true. $10 to turn the heat on for your table. I have never heard of this. I understand people are trying to survive during Covid. And I don't mind the prices going up a bit to ensure survival. But the prices have been raised on food and drink. It's strange to charge customers for the propane at your table so sad because we need places like this in Frisco and I prefer to support small business. This just doesn't seem to be the right way to do it. We paid $65 with tip for two glasses of wine and our appetizer. And that was with the propane cost being removed from our bill. Sadly won't be back
