Went in to check for ammo and couldn't find any but the staff was helpful in letting me know when they get restocked.
Well the experience wasn't that good I walked around the store and there was like two salesmen the shoe lady that work the shoes she didn't even have a shirt on or telling me they acknowledge me that she was Academy and she probably looked at me twice so I finally went up to her and said hey do you work here and then when I got to this by the sneakers they were $20 more when I bought in the last time which I understand I think maybe they were on sale anyways I went to look for a white turtleneck t-shirts and they didn't have you didn't have any which I was surprised but my biggest concern was no acknowledgement that I was in the store whatsoever from that girl anyways maybe she was new so I don't give you a thumbs-up I gave you a thumbs down sorry
IT WAS OK EXCEPT FOR THE REGISTERS LOCKED UP AND WOULD NOT WORKAND THEY GOT MY SUPER COMBO HUNTING AND FISHING LICENSE MESSED UP, THIS IS NOT RIGHT
Great service and friendly staff. I was having trouble finding running shoes after going through several, and an employee recommended the ones in the back row. I was finally able find the right shoes and really appreciated the staff checking in frequently to see if we needed help.
Alex was very helpful and searched around the store to find a bawl pump to pump up the 4 new ball's I was buying that were under inflated. However there was a long long line of people in it took a while before they opened up for more registers to take care of all the people. I was glad to see that they did respond to the longline eventually. It was awkward though as they were customers that were policing the line to make short people didn't cut in front of everyone else. And I thought there should have been more employees paying attention to that and not have customers have to police line. It's took over 30 minutes to check out because of the long line.
