Awesome customer service! Very attentive and helpful. They gave me their undivided attention and I walked in the door minutes before closing. They were very patient and helpful. I’ve never been so happy to spend money on my shoes. Recommended by my therapist and now they have a customer for ever.
I called to place an order over the phone since I knew the model of shoe I wanted, and Hannah was extremely helpful! She looked up the size I bought last year since I couldn't remember, and even went so far as to text me pictures of the shoes so I could pick a color. I've gotten my running shoes and gear here for the last three years, and every time I go in they're extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Best experience I've ever had buying shoes, and I've bought a lot of shoes. Courtney and David went above and beyond to help my wife and I. David was even answering questions we didn't know to ask. Like a charasmatic sensi with a twist of good nature and down to earth humor - he guided us to exactly what we wanted. This place has the goods and the service. Don't waste your time anywhere else.
I was referred to Wild Pear Running by my Podiatrist for my recent diagnoses of Plantar Fasciitis. There sales associate, David, was great ! He was very friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable about the products of the store. He made sure i got the right insoles for my feet and sat with me until i was comfortable with my decision. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone with any sort of feet issues. David has great, positive energy that made me feel comfortable and he showed so much empathy for my situation. Thank you Wild Pear Running and thank you David for all of your help !
