Today (4/5/21) at 7:30pm I arrived for my curbside pick up order. My enlighten turkey burger was brought out without cranberries and lettuce on burger as well as it appeared there was wilted lettuce as a side salad which is ridiculous. I requested the curbside deliverer to have the manager come do I can talk to him and guess what- he never came out. I rejected the order and ask that my order be remade. Minutes later, I was brought the same cold turkey burger and cold fries with a side salad/cranberries ( not wilted this time!) however, my order was not what I requested. On top of this, I was informed that the manager told the server to bring out the same cold burger and fries. I should NOT have paid for this order given this poor customer service. The manager on duty needs to be seriously replaced. Awful service and unwilling to make the proper corrections to customers are the reasons for the 1 rating. I would have given this service a “0” rating if it was allowed.
I tell my family/friends about this place & how amazing the food is here, and they all seem to LOVE it. So many choices on the menu. Also not to mention they have the BEST salmon ! You must try it out. Thanks again for great service and fresh food !
We have been visiting PJs at different locations and we always enjoyed the food, the drinks and the atmosphere. The service varies to the person that waits the day more. We had good services provided by some servers is slower or less good buy others But for sure at all locations the food and drinks are always good. Recommend it at all times. Service is always fast and unlimited options. For a large group of people it's a perfect options. Everyone could find something they will like. We do a lot of work lunches here
We came in for Monday happy hour at around 3:30. I asked what the specials were and Angela said Margaritas for $5 dollars and gave a list of apps for $6. We ordered a tri- tip steak Medium rare and it came out Medium to medium well, with a chicken breast which was dry and over cooked. We also ordered a Pizza thin crust which was the best part of the experience . It was average but we enjoyed it . We received the bill and the margaritas where $10 and I asked why ? She said “ the strawberry margaritas are $10! That was never brought to our attention , we have been here a few times for happy hour and this was news to us . When we ordered she should have told us about the strawberry margaritas being double the price of happy hour margaritas. Service was slow and she knew she was trying to run up our bill or she would have mentioned the charge for flavored margaritas rather than lime . It is either poor training skills or a poor waitress . I asked her about the price and then she told us once we got the bill and said sorry for the confusion and left without fixing anything . I wonder if this is a regular here .
I went there and we sat close to the bar, our waiter was Emellio. I 100% recommend him. He is funny and quick on his feet. You also get your food fast.
