Food was pretty good but the service was so slow and the waitresses had the most boring, blah attitudes.
your employees need to work on their customer service. if someone walks in early into the establishment, don’t just say “WE OPEN AT 11”. They didn’t greet us or anything just gave attitude. it said you were already open online. 7 mins till opening. Hire friendly employees and not disrespectful little girls:)
Came for a lunch date and the service was awesome. Friendly server named Sharnice was so kind and very helpful. Drinks were awesome and she said we smelled like strawberries. She was 10 out of 10 a great server.
This place needs work. There was only 1 bartender. Seemed like they are understaffed. The bartender was working hard but didn't have a choice. It took us 1 hour or so to get our food after we ordered it. You would think a manager would say something if he or she sees food going out that late. It is uncalled for. When it came out I was expecting really hot food to come. I was wrong. Wings were warm and my tater tots were not hot at all. You would think fried foods would be really hot unless it's been sitting there.
Long wait on pickup and food was cool when it was brought out!
