Horrible doctors office can barley get them in the phone to make an appointment. They do not care about your well being or health. They take on way too many patients that they can’t handle. I have been trying to get screened for breast cancer for months and can’t at all get an appointment or anyone on the phone. I advise you guys to take you and your children else where as This place will not give you proper care in anyway shape or form. They will not answer your concerns or give you and treatment you deserve. I’ve never had such horrible medical care in my 34 years of life.

Shout out to the front desk for being awesome and doing everything they can to help you in a dire situation. Especially Fredzie and a couple gentleman that I do not remember the name of. They are compassionate and caring people that truly deserve praise. It’s not just the md’s that make this a wonderful clinic but the entire staff. I’m truly lucky to have found this place.

The customer service sucks ...you will be told that someone will call you and they don't ..after 8 calls in 3 weeks to get results on test I finally got a nurse only to tell me a doctor will call me back ... Don't recommend at all .. I personally will not go back there for nothing

Very unpleasant experience.nFirst of all, they never inform you about some changes until you actually have an issue.nHave been seen with random doctors every time I went there - since the regular PCP was SO BUSY...ok, but come on now! What is so difficult about saying ‘Hey, since this doctor is not available, we suggest you should look into seeing another doctor?’ Instead of being thrown out to be seen with random doctors every time. It doesn’t feel safe. You know.nI had to complain after all and they finally sent a letter saying apologizing for the inconvenience.nSecondly, I faced a non caring nurses/clinic in general as I needed an Urgent issue and didn’t really care about my concern or trying to find a solution, rather than saying ‘unfortunately, we do not have any openings until next month’ wow! Come on now! At least be sympathetic and be helpful in trying to see any solutions for someone that is in need...you know! As healthcare providers and care takers.nThirdly, I faced an issue with their billing.nI was informed that I owe some accumulated amount of payment after like two, three years...Wow!! I was shocked...okay, sorted that out and paid (though I never figured what in the hell it was for or why it took THAT LONG) and on top of that I was being hunted with a bill collector for ten dollars (10$)... that was WRONG which I paid and sorted out again that it was WRONG...nIn general, this is just too much for a message and a review.nI really hope whoever is reading this would get another opportunity or experience than MINE!!nI am confident to say I have the WORST expletive with this clinic unfortunately and sadly as a healthcare institution!

Our child is a patient of Dr. Ahn. We are obsessed with him! He is gratuitous with his time; answering every question and addressing concerns. Dr Ahn also discovered a birth defect on one of our first visits— it had been missed at the Brigham NICU. We are so grateful for the thoughtful and professional care we receive at this medical center. Highly recommend!
