The ICU Supervisor of nurses obviously has no clue about family, The need for family to be with there loved ones. If the suits that the nurses wear are safe for them to go near the patients, Then they should be good enough for visitors to visit there loved ones. Especially when the patient has a positive outcome of healing quicker! Doctor says it's ok to visit, then the Supervisor freaks out saying no your not coming in and if you do you will be removed!! Other Nurses have been great but twice we had to deal with the Supervisor. Not family friendly at all!!!!

This hospital is extreme disorganized when it comes to communication and it seems to be across all departments. When trying to get an appointment, I was on hold for over 50 mins one day and 45 mins the second before giving up and leaving a voicemail via the automated prompts. When trying to get medical records, I was sent directly to a voicemail and still haven’t heard back 2 days later (tried the email they provided as well). I have even tried calling their technology department for help with their MySite application and got sent directly to a voicemail here too. 3 days with zero communication. If at all possible go elsewhere until they get this under control

Unbelievably amazing, competent, compassionate staff.I can’t say enough about all the staff here!!! I felt heard from the moment I came into the emergency room! The cleaning and procedures followed especially during the Covid 19 Crisis was top notch! I am extremely immune compromised due to my diagnoses I was petrified to enter a hospital as I have been in my home with Extremely limited exposure Since March. The care I received was top notch , my anxieties were immediately put at ease. I have been to many hospitals to manage my conditions. I will now ONLY be treated at BI Needham Ma. These people are seriously on the frontline especially during this Covid crisis!!! I only hope we learn to pay each an every person on staff here what they deserve big amounts of $$$$$$! They have put their lives on the line day in and day out to keep us comfortable and cared for during out worst days and nights. To get us healthy and back on our feet and back to our daily lives and families!!! Ty to all those who helped me recover from my illness and who kept me Covid free!!! Mary Regan

Friendly staff. That is about the end of my good experience. I didn’t get my wounds dressed from an motor accident until I had already been given discharge papers. Even then, they didn’t clean out all open wounds.nnOnly one person doing CT scans. He had to move me on to the table alone which was very painful on my end. I’m 6-2, 200#s. I was basically dragged back and forth by the tech. (No fault of his own, the hospital doesn’t want to provide the appropriate staffing)nnAfter being asked 4-5 times if I wanted some ibuprofen for pain management, I never received anything. They must save it for the really bad accidents; my motorcycle accident didn’t qualify me for much attention I guess.nnEither close your doors or provide appropriate staffing. I understand I wasn’t in critical condition, but at least clean out my road rash and give me an Advil for crying out loud.

Inefficiency at its finest. They'll order all the tests in the book and leave you sitting in pain without addressing the primary complaint. Was also amazed to see this beautiful brand new facility doesn't have adequate supply storage, and staff were constantly in and out of my patient room getting supplies out of a portable storage rack placed in the patient room.
