The have multiple flaws compared to competitors.nn1. If you lose or need another debit card, you have to wait 8-10 days. The other banks make them in house.n2. If you have a fraudulent transaction they will tell you to call them. The other banks will stop future and Pinnacle Financial will even credit your account during investigation.n3. They do not reimburse ATM fees. Other banks do.n4. They refuse to cash any check if you don’t have an account.n5. They refuse coins in bulk unless they are rolled only.n6. Customer service can be down right awful at some locations.nnThis has to be one of the worse banks in TN, well, TriStar is right there with them.

Terrible customer service. Clerks and manager rude and unhelpful. I’ve only had contact with the Fairview office. If I could give them less than one star I would.

I used to bank here a long time ago. Nice friendly people.
