I received excellent care from the ER and the hospital staff during my recent visit. Everyone was kind and I was attended to quickly. Very good care to be only 15 minutes from home.

Unfortunately I’ve visited Maury Regional, Williamson Medical, and Marshall Medical this year. Out of all three hospitals, Marshall Medical was by far the most compassionate and caring of the three. While I understand Maury owns Marshall Medical, their care and sensitivity was unmatched to Marshall Medical’s.nnNurse Hannah, Phyllis, Wendy, and Dr Harris may have only been doing their job, but they did it well and made me not feel like I was a burden to them. In an age where rude service is acceptable, this group went above and beyond.nnThanks again to you all. I hope to not visit you anymore in the ER but your good work doesn’t go unnoticed.nnP.S. I’m sorry you kept having to wear the hazmat suit every time you came in to the room! I figure that’s a hassle. Stupid Corona!

I went here with kidney stones and was assessed and diagnosed swiftly and professionally. I found out I had an impacted kidney stone and luckily was able to get treatment at another hospital (picked by my insurance company). I was very, very pleased with my care here in the ER.

if I could leave 0 stars i would I. I was treated at Marshall medical on Monday dec 8th my covid test was negative but because my chest x-ray showed pneumonia in both lungs I was diagnosed with covid and sent home with only Zofran to stop me from gagging I was told I get no steroids because I wasn't placed on oxygen. since my wbc wasn't elevated I was not given anything to dry up the fluid building in my lungs. my husband called last night because my fever got to 100.1 and no one could tell us if we needed to come back in since I have gotten progressively worse in 24 hours and now have diarrhea it was like they couldn't even be bothered this hospital is a joke

Took my 20 yr daughter here. She weighs 88lbs. She had been throwing up for 3 days. Told her she might have a hernia. Did no test or scans. Sent her home with zofran. 2 days later still sick meds didn't help. This hospital is the worst I've ever been to. They are not there to help you, just get you out of their sight and on to someone else. This is why your an 80% rate place. Learn how to actually care about someone for real.
