The best customer service!!! Extremely knowledgeable about their products!! It’s as if there was a Whole Foods just for animals. I got a few heavy items, and I believe her name was Carly, helped me to my car and loaded it up for me. I won’t be going to anywhere else for my pet needs!!

The staff is very friendly and genuinely love pets. I stopped in with my dog - They were helpful and happy to answer any of my questions about products. Some boutique style pet shops are unwelcoming and overpriced - PetPeople is the exact opposite! Fair prices for products and super welcoming team. This will be my new go-to for all pet supplies.

Love this place! Slightly pricier than chain stores, and smaller but healthier food options. I really love the treats by the pound, and their two amazing dog wash rooms with raised wash tubs, use their stuff for $13. The service/employees is always excellent and welcoming!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We used the dog wash station which is so convenient and clean. 10/10, will bathe (my dog) here again!

I tell ya, it’s not often when a retail store surprises me. After getting a new pug puppy I was running all over town trying to find anything to help me feed, clean, entertain him. When I walked in Pet Place they immediately rejoiced with me about my new puppy, wanted to see baby picks and ended up sharing advice about products they use with their own pets. Every recommendation was spot on. Over the Christmas break I found a letter in the mail addressed to my dog. It was a handwritten letter to my dog about all the pictures they saw of him and how they couldn’t wait to meet him. Who does this? A store that will have my business for life! The second time I went in they helped me find new kibble and gave it to me free with a manufacturer coupon. They also told me don’t worry if I buy a big bag in the future, if my dog doesn’t like it they have a great return policy.
