So, expect to have a bill arrive out of the blue from this provider. It does not matter that you EXPLICITLY ask for the entire total prior to having a procedure completed and their representative assures you it will be one price. They WILL charge you more, SIGNIFICANTLY more.nnThis is the reason folks distrust the health care system. Institutions, such as this one, continue to cloud and confuse their prices and procedures to the point of absolute deception.nnShame!

I can make this a long review, but I will just say this: if u are the first person (receptionist) your customers or patients sees, smile, be friendly, be helpful, look like you actually care and want to help people.nYou are a representation of your company.nOur experience here was painful and very disappointing.nThe good thing is the staff in the back (MRI) was super nice, so friendly and the service amazing.nnUPDATE:nI went to St Francis Medical records a week ago to obtain a copy of my report and a copy of my MRI- image that was took when I posted the original review. Well Medical records could not find the image and called over to Saint Francis Image. They could not find any image either and said they will have to find out and get back to me.nSo I wasted 45min of my time to drive over there just to find out they cannot find the image.nnThe kind lady at St Francis Hospital Medical Records gave me the number for Michael Douglas- the Member Advocate for Saint Francis. A called him and was truly surprised how professional and helpful he was, considering my past experience with this facility. Thanks you Michael!nHe handled my concern and I picked up my image that next day. I am not really concerned with what happened the previous day as to why I could not get my image. But If this is how they handle an image, how do they handle actual patients in their hospital? Hope I never have to find out. What a shameud83eudd2f
