Quite annoyed at present!!! Online... on your website... hours posted at Saturday open 12--4. When I arrived.....the bank was CLOSED!!!! Open 9-1. CORRECT information on your WEBSITE!!!

Slowest atm ever. Touchscreen not responsive. Have to use buttons which are not labeled corresponding to the number, so you end up where you don't need to be and have to constantly restart your transaction bc it doesn't allow you to return to the main menu without canceling your transaction.nnHeads up to anyone in the same boat, 5 is deposit, 4 is transfer and 3 is withdraw, but they don't line up in any order that makes sense.

I have been banking with Suntrust for over 6 years now and always have a great experience. The staff at this branch is so friendly and welcoming. Jermony, the branch manager, is very knowledgable and helpful. They are always looking for and recommending new ways to help me grow my small business. I would recommend them for personal banking as well as business banking.
