Fifth Third Bank & ATM

From day one at this 5/3rd location everything was good. Opened several accounts from Personal to Business. However the agent that open my account and the branch manager where let go shortly after opening my accounts. This raised a red flag with me. A new manager Lisa replaced the previous manager. Something inside me asked about the policies on the business side that where provided to by the agent that opened my account. Everything this agent told me was false information according to Lisa the new branch manager. Lisa stated to give her a week to find out some information and She will get back with me about the policies on business accounts. She sounded like She really don't know the policies of 5/3 banking as manager andI felt She said this just to get me off the phone. I have to wait a week? Unacceptable! Not dealing with brush off attitude Also too mention my Wife opened a personal account at another location downtown Nashville. Agent name ANNA input her social security number incorrectly and blamed it on the Agent that open my account. It took 3 weeks to get this straighten out. Unacceptable business practice. I believe all these banks are only interested in taking your monies. Banks are organized crime against the public and mainly black people!

I walked in this location a stranger and frustrated by the seemingly lack of concern by current bank. Walking in the door felt different. I wish I could have met each gentleman in this location individually but I was dealing with heavy frustration. After over 20 years with a bank I am now happy to move on with 5th 3rd. Customer service and the attention to my issue that wasn’t there’s to begin with. Made me feel that any issues I had experienced will be a thing of the past.
