Ashleigh was a tremendous help and incredibly patient when I needed to move some money. Rather than being condescending, she went out of her way to make sure the situation was resolved and everything cleared.

Healthcare clients beware. Stay far far away from FCB.

Most condescending manager ever. Amy made sure to let us know that she didn’t value us as long time customers with her aggressive rudeness and lack of customer service. With managers like her, BOA seems like a dream bank in comparison.

I finally left this bank and got an account somewhere else. If you lose your card or it gets compromised expect to wait a month to get a new one, excessive fees and a really annoying/inconvenient location. I wouldn't refer anyone to this bank.
