My dog had parvo and these people saved his life. The doctor called about 3 times and explained everything to me by phone concerning his well being she was so kind and sympathetic. Thank you guys for everything and I'll be bringing in my other puppies later

I was told to rush down to the vet because my one of my animals has a vicious ear infection. She in constantly yelping and in pain. I wait in the parking lot with no response for an hour.nnThe only way to get help from staff there is to call. This system is worthless. I call when I arrive I keep getting a busy line. Wait a few minutes still busy. I finally get through to someone after walking around the building because my dog was freaking out.nnThey put me on hold for 30 minutes just to hang up on me. Then I try calling back and the cal constantly fails. How can a “professional” clinic for animals just shut people out of the only way to get your animal help.nnThey had no trouble taking my moms call to get us to come down there, but as soon as I arrive nothing. No one even came out to see what people needed imagine if someone’s animal was dying they wouldn’t even help.

My dog got hit by a car and they we able to work him in real fast and were able to get me in touch with the orthopedic doctor for surgery.
