My check got stuck in atm machinenAfter making a claim on the phone and writing down the information I was supposed to give to the branch manager, a lady got the paper with the information and showed to the manager (which I talked before and she knew my situation) the manager did a sign with hand like “through it away” in front of me,,nNever seen people eating In their desks in costumers presentsn3-rd time I’m going to this branch and never get solved somethingnRoslindale branch should be closed or change the manager
Horrible customer service. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes to do anything.
I ask the drive thru teller to change my $20.00 dollar bills to 100. Dollar bills but she doesnt listen i am never ever coming back to this citizens bank in roslindale again
