Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

So, because of COVID-19 the drive through is the only thing open. I get this. But, they only have one teller working and a line of traffic literally encircling the bank. Worse than that, I waited an hour and a half for my turn only to be told that they aren’t offering the service I need and I should have read the 8” x 10” sign with a paragraph of small font that they have posted about 25’ from where the cars are passing as they wait. They should have a person near the end of the line making sure that the people understand the limited services they are offering. The tiny sign isn’t cutting it.

They have all your standard bank sevices and they are pretty good at it !

I love Bank of America. I’ve gone through 2 other banks here in Las Cruces and have been truly disappointed as my cards were hacked in the east coast some how multiple times. This scared me but told me how poor their security was causing me to change banks. I’ve only been give positiveness since choosing Bank of America and am thankful. Thx!

Attempting to get information about window services and no one answers the phone. A lot of recordings and recommendations to use the internet.

What is the point of this bank? Why does this location exist? Do away with this sorry excuse for a bank and build something that will actually be useful to this city.
