David went above and beyond in helping me get my account set up and handle a couple very time-sensitive transactions. The teller I worked with was also wonderful. It's a small branch, and, from what I could tell, everyone was warm and friendly.
The bank personnel are excellent. My gripe is with the ATM machine. It is used as a bus stop waiting area. There are people sitting on the counters so that you can't sign checks on the counter, and you have a group of people watching you take money out. A robbery waiting to happen. Not recommended using when bank is closed.
My first run in with this place was a disaster. Thankfully the second time there I worked with David B and he was fantastic. A hard working, conscientious employee who thankfully broke the mold over there. Much needed dose of integrity in an otherwise frustrating lock-step office. Too bad greedy BOA deserves all the online criticism they get.
