I was greeted upon entering. The rep came right to me. Explained everything in very basic terms for me. I'm old and low tech. Don't understand lots. But helped and solved our problem quickly. Then on top of all that got me a new plan where we got HBO max AND saved almost $20 a month. I'm very happy with my service. My representative. And the service I received!
the 2 gentlemen were super friendly to myself and my 3 kids. both smiled and made me feel like family. very professional and knew what they were doing. super happy i picked at&t. one of the men had orange hair and beard and the other had darker short hair. i wish i would have caught their names. they were super awsome and deserve a pay raise ud83dude01
