Open only once per month, this restaurant is definitely worth the wait! Located off the beaten path with required reservations, the clientele are not those whom happened to pass by but instead those whom have organized their time to be there.nTheir salad bar is simple but offers a perfect chance to wet your appetite and prone your digestion.nThe food is southern and excellent! I ordered the southern egg rolls (appetizer), the rib-eye steak with a side of mixed veggie casserole and wild rice (entree) and coconut cream pie (dessert). Everything was cooked to perfection, in fact: the chef wasn't sure about how I described my ideal steak so he came out to ask, wanted to make sure it was cooked right!nService was friendly, prompt and didn't hover!nI would recommend this eatery to any and all fortunate enough to be in town when it's open. Ensure you follow their website to track the next opening and make your reservations!
