Been in my new home for 10 days and the electric has cost me 100 bucks so far. I don’t even understand that. Drew was awful, very disrespectful and rude I called to get a deposit quote on electricity, $1,005.00 excuse me I said? Is that correct??? the largest bill ×3. I wish I would have never left PSO SERVICE
This last Saturday there was a 15 to 20 minute storm that took out the power and it is now late wensday and we still don't have power and I have called 3 times and each time I called they said your in their area it'll be back on today and they've been saying the same thing for 3 days. It's ridiculous that it's 100 degree weather and my family hasn't had power for 4 and a half days about to be 5 it's still not on. Everyone has power but my neighborhood it seems like.
No one seems to be able to answer a simple question. Why has a bill doubled in price, when the same killowatts are being used??? Seems to me like they love to over charge.
