George is hands down the BEST!!! Getting a new phone is always a long hassle of a process and he made our visit so smooth and enjoyable! George is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer ALL of my mothers questions about her new phone. She struggles with technology and he had so much patience and was able to explain things in a manner she actually understood. I live in Tulsa and will drive to Grove over an hour and a half just to deal with George from here on out! Take good care of this guy AT&T he’s a true asset to your company!

Heather was VERY helpful and thorough! She resolved multiple issues we were having and made sure she explained all of the changes and updates we were making. We really appreciated her patience and professionalism with us especially when there were multiple customers in the store.

Almost every time I am in the Grove store there is only 1 Person working with a store full of customers. The employees do their best to help but wish they had more staff available. I waited 2 hours last time and I’ve already been here 30 min this time. Again, not the employees fault. I just feel badly for them being under so much pressure with a store full of people. We just switched from Verizon and have had nothing but issues. Hopefully we can get things resolved today.

I ordered a cell phone recently from the manufacturer. Upon arrival I immediately went in to AT&T in Grove Oklahoma. A young girl by the name of Heather met me at the front door and asked me if I needed help. I told her that I had ordered this phone that I needed to set it up and she told me that that was no problem at all and that she could help me. There wasn't anything that she couldn't answer that I asked her. She is a very lovely young woman. If you have any concerns with your cell phone or with AT&T please go and see Heather at the AT&T store in Grove Oklahoma. She's the best.
