I decided to transition my services from AT&T to Verizon with my Samsung Galaxy note 9. Vanessa took the time to help me unlock my current phone and made for a smooth transition to the Verizon account. She was very knowledgeable but even more important to me was incredibly patient with me while helping me out. As a grandmother I struggle at times with the the new tech but she took the time to walk me through everything and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Great Job!
Loves this Verizon store. The girl that works day is such a sweetheart. She is always so helpful. I never feel like I'm bothering her. She puts out good vibes. She's very knowledgeable and patient.
Absolutely the best!! I was traveling and my phone stopped working. I stopped in the store and the Manager we extremely helpful along with the tech department. I was in a huge panic and she took the time to help me. Thank you so very much! I have told everyone how much Verizon takes care of their customers!

I came from the other Verizon store which was the worst experience I ever had with Verizon.nnVanessa was awesome and helped me set everything up and took time to show me everything I needed to know about the products. She is very professional and personable with me.nI know she is a great person that enjoys her job.nIf anyone lives in Ardmore, Oklahoma area make sure to by-pass the Verizon store on 12th street and go to the Verizon on Broadway.
