Couldn't help
Just wanted to write about the pleasant experience I had at the AT&T store last night. I was helped by a wonderful person, employee Macey Morris, in getting my new iPhone purchased and setup! I have been a regular customer at this store for a while, but this was the first time I've been in during this pandemic time. Macey was very patient, attentive, and made absolutely sure that I was understanding, and getting, the information I needed! She was very professional and personable at the same time! THIS is the reason why I've been a longtime customer of AT&T, and this store in particular!
I loved this AT&T it is the best in town friendly helpful service got exactly what I wanted she even sat up my new phone and made my life much easier couldn't of asked for better service when I am ready for an update I will go back to this store I was extremely satisfied with there service and the equipment they had

Bry at the 2240 12th Ave. NW Ardmore location helped my parents pick out a flip phone this week. She went above and beyond with customer service. She was kind, respectful, and helpful. Bry also wrote down instructions to help them operate the phone when they returned home. I would highly recommend shopping with Bry.
