Chili's Grill & Bar

I ordered a carry-out with the easy-to-use mobile app. It was ready only 20 minutes later during the normal busy dinner rush! The food was hot and my drink was just right. Every staff member I encountered was super happy, helpful, and professional with masks on. I'll definitely be back!

I have eaten here twice before in the past year and this visit will be my last. We were seated pretty quickly and the hostess told us if we wanted an actual menu to let our server know. When our server came to our table and got our drink order I asked for a regular menu. She brought us our drinks and handed us the menu and asked if we were ready to order? We said no, we hadn't even had time to open the menu yet. We placed our order a few minutes later. I went to the restroom after ordering and it was not very clean. The whole restaurant just seemed unkept. The wait staff was dressed very casually and just didn't look professional at all. More like they just got off their couch. We waited for 45 minutes for our food. During that time our server came to our table bringing my son another drink, she never asked about refilling mine or my husband's. When she brought my son's his drink , she asked us if we wanted to see her get in a fight with the manager!!! She said he was talking down to her and yelling at her and she was ready to punch him out!! We were shocked. We told her to complain to someone higher up in management. After she left our table we then heard this manager and a customer getting in an argument at the door. We weren't really sure what that was about. Then the waitress started announcing that they didn't have enough cooks and they were closing the dining room and they weren't taking any more customers. More than one person was turned away and weren't very happy about it but I think they actually got off lucky. We only ordered burgers and it took 45 minutes and what felt like an episode of The Jerry Springer show.

Went here for dinner with my family. Service was great. The Texas Fries were delicious and I absolutely loved the Smokehouse Combo. Will definitely be going there again.

Easter Sunday. No one waiting. Half the tables empty. Hostess sitting at a booth. Seems ticked off to have to get up and talk to us as she mumbles through her mask. Says they can’t seat us for at least 30 minutes. Not enough servers. I guess you have to give at least one star but that’s too many. Chili’s must be so proud to have this location in its family! Things are so tough for restaurants these days.

Stay away from this chili's the food is never the same. We sent a steak back twice and both times it was overcooked like shoes leather and my burger was also dry and bland then there was the issues of the salsa and broken chip basket. The wait staff was fine it's the cooks in the back and management not one time was we ever asked about what the problem was when we kept sending stuff back instead our waiter did his best but a visit from management would have been nice.
