First Convenience Bank

Overall the bank and staff are good and very helpful. Comparing to banks I've done business with in the past everything is average. My only personal complaint is location. There is only 1 bank and one atm and they are both inside which is shut down for 2 weeks because of covid so my only option for deposits is to go 30 miles away and same to withdrawal unless you pay fees to use another atm.

I been with this bank for like 5 yrs. Excellent customer service, very convienent being inside a Walmart Supercenter! I love it!😁💯

These people need to learn to have manners on the phone. . . . Waited on hold over 20 min and Robert answered and said he could not give me that information and then hung up as I was asking a question. Rude and inconsiderate. I would never bank there.

Never had a single problem with this bank always very busy sometimes a line But Excellent Staff members always smiling and professional and courteous. Love this bank Real Folks thumbs up
