I had a mixup with a same-day delivery order placed online (DoorDash) and didn’t know what to do. I went into the store, and the manager went above and beyond to make it right. She was so kind and understanding, I was just blown away by the excellent customer service and experience. Definitely going to make this store my first choice!!
Had exactly what I was looking for :) Unfortunately almost all the hermit crabs were kept in painted shells, which can be extremely toxic to them. The one I saw that was awake had a bright pink painted shell, but looked happy and healthy though.nEDIT: I later bought a hermit crab from this store, only to find he had passed away at the store. It's somewhat expected, just not great to sell dead crabs.
Items that I need for my puppy are in stock at your store. I like to be able to get them when I want them instead of shipping/waiting. Knowledgeable staff.
Guest service was friendly enough, but like the previous petco we visited they didn't have our dog food in stock at the size we wanted. We went to buy a smaller bag that was marked 2 dollars off. When it rang up full price the clerk required we show her the sale price add that was on display for going on 16 days.
Rude employees, I can’t even believe how terrible the people were. On a different occasion, my husband reserved an item online and it was $50 more expensive at the store. We will definitely be using different stores for our pet supplies!
