I love bringing my doodle to get groomed here! Haley has been grooming him for awhile now and I won't bring him anywhere else, she does the best job! The cashiers have always been so pleasant and friendly as well. Overall, great experience!

I was very upset while in Pet Supplies Plus. While I was there it was just one girl at the register and one on the floor. I must’ve heard on the speaker the one girl call for a manager at least four times while I was there. It seems as though they are a bit understaffed. You would think a manager would be on the floor at all times helping in some sort of way. I’ve been in retail for a long time and have been short staffed but a manager would be on the floor at all times to helpnnBesides that it was a decent trip. They had exactly what I needed and the girl at the register helped me find it. She did seem very pushed to go back to the register to see if anyone was in line. Just would be nice to have time to get all of my questions answered.nnIn response to being answered. I’ve been in there multiple times. When I’m there I don’t see a manager on the floor unless called to the front. I usually browse for about 20-30 minutes depending on what I need. As I talked to both people that day, they both said they would have to get a manager to answer a question I had. So neither of them were managers. As you are the owner I know it is hard to see everything that goes on but you should ensure that a manager is on the floor at all times. Not in the back room, office, or in another room.

I usually use the Carolina beach location for grooming because Holly is awesome but needed you use the porters neck location this time due to scheduling constraints. Brittany was nasty, charged me $30 more for the same services for both dogs, demanded a rabies certificate even though I have provided it when we first started grooming and they wear their tags. Was not loving towards my pups and told me that my dogs were not the breed they actually are.nnI’ll never use the porters neck location for grooming Again. I’ll stick with the longer drive to Carolina beach For Holly.

Took my Bichon mix to be groomed . The groomer i believe her name was Hailey was really short with me. She took my dog and said she would have to be shave because of all the mats. I kinda understood but honestly her mats were nowhere as bad as they have been when I've had her groomed before. I asked if they do her ear hair she told me if they cooperate . I said well she always gets it done when groomed.nWent to pick her up and you pay before you see the dog. So I naturally added a 10 tip. Well now I know why they have you pay first. My dog was almost bald.nThe hair on her face is choppy and way uneven on one side there is a huge patch of hair sticking out. On her ears one has long hair in back and other ear is chopped off in same spot same for the ears in front.nThe top of her is also uneven the center is short and side of top long. And of course her ear hairs were not plucked and her mouth area didn't even look washed.nI will never bring my dog there again.
