Our server was great. He saved me from ordering the medium nachos, so I ordered the small which I still couldn't finish, and I usually can eat a lot. So if you are planning on eating the nachos by yourself, get the extra small. Tasty wise they were pretty good but not the best. We also ordered the fried raviolis and those were bomb. Great service and great food!
I have two words for you. Mini mugs!! Plenty of options for all beer lover preferences and a nice patio. What really stood out here was the service.
High Desert has some of the best brews in town and some of the best staff. And they have great food to boot! Try the ruben with green chili!
Food was okay, but the service was unprofessional and severely lacking. We asked the server a question, and he stated he would check on it. Ten minutes later, when I attempted to get his attention to see what he had discovered, he literally yelled at me, "I'm busy right now!" For the rest of our stay, he chose to completely ignore us.
If you want to be treated with some semblence of respect, find a more friendly, pleasant location.
Usually the service here is fantastic, not this time. Our server was not friendly at all, he ignored us when we got there, we kept trying to talk to him and he passed right by us so we followed him in, where he gave us his back for a few minutes until a friendly lady came out. We asked if they had open seating and availability, we didn't want to seat anywhere just in case they were some tables closed off. He came out and said that there were plenty of open tables and started pointing to them very rudely as if we were blind for not seeing them. He also told us to leave when we were done with our food because of limited seating which I understand but there were 4 other tables open and nobody waiting to be seated. Otherwise, the food is always really good. I reccomend to get the food to go.
