Horrible experience with my wife. Waited forever just for an ultrasound.nnThe last office we went to for our first kid was in and out 5-10 mins of our appointment time.nnThey don’t care about you here. Period. Go else where.nnThey clearly are not a time managing office.

I've delivered 4 babies with the doctors here. For my last one I traveled an hour to make sure I could keep with this practice. Sometimes waits are long, but I feel that is to be expected when you are dealing with OB. I have never had to wait super long to the point of being upset. Doctors are very kind. One doctor called me after I had surgery at a different hospital to make sure everything went smoothly. I always recommend Dr.Chun to my friends that are local to Norwood.

I came here for my annual exam with Dr. Shen. Everything went smoothly and all of the staff was very attentive of my needs. Dr. Shen was very respectful and caring, I would highly recommend her. The office area is small so sometimes the wait time can be around 30 min but I didn’t mind since the staff were so kind.

The most worst hospitality. The doctors make you sit for more than 35 minutes even when you are scheduled and on time for your appointment. This happens on your every visit. I have been visiting every month since I am pregnant and there has been the same treatment.nPatients are here with limited time out of work and I value my time if you don’t care about yours. Someone needs to take responsibility for booking the appointments that don’t overlap and that there are not 4 different patients waiting to be seen at the same time.nnNow that I am 36+ weeks, I have my visit every week. I am still facing the same problem where the doctors never show up on time and I end up waiting in the waiting area, then more than 30mins in the room for the doctor to see me.nnToday, the doctor that I had my appointment with left the office in front of me for her personal work. That is absolutely ridiculous. The nurse then suggests me to either wait for an hour for the doc to return or reschedule my appointment. What type of facility is this where the patient is right in front of you but you just leave the office without attending them.nnSomeone really needs to work on this issue. Every review here is about the time management and doctors negligence.nHire professional doctors who take their jobs seriously and respects the clock.
