I made an appointment to get a flu shot for first-thing on a Monday morning, but left soon after arriving because of what I saw. Secretary staff was too busy gossiping with each other to direct incoming patients which resulted in a single file line, irrespective of Covid-19 protocols. Nursing staff seemed confused as it sounded like they were pulled last-minute from other departments. Atrius Health needs to get it together before I will trust them with my health care.
