Outback Steakhouse

We used to eat a lot at Outback Steakhouse one of our favorites, and have always liked their food and service. But now twice very disappointed with curbside. When got home the fries were missing and my steak was not well done, still red yuk, after I even told her to please put an exclamation to make sure well done! Will have to think twice about ordering out again. When I called back the manager Brian was very apologetic and willing to replace food but it is too far to go all the way back there. He did offer a free appetizer if and when we go back.

Our server was so amazing! And the manager that was there was great as well. I ordered a bloody mary and they definitely weren't stingy with the tito's. My husband's steak was a little under for his liking and they immediately fixed it, and without us even asking, they gave us 15% off our meal. Great service!

There were 5 of us this particular day. Every meal was less than mediocre. The steaks were the worst steak we've ever had at Outback and we have 4 different cuts. The shrimp was chewy and tasted like charcoal. Very disappointing since Outback is usually pretty good.

Due to Pandemic shortages with food delivery, Outback seems to have chosen cheap cuts for meat. We've decided not to return after three bad experiences with the food. I do take into consideration the economy and prices on the market with the overall review.

We enjoyed our food and the restaurant was prepared for social distancing. Our server was good at her job and I recommend this place.
